Chris Stucko
Associate Director and Counsel, Macquarie Group
Chris Stucko leads the Americas anti-bribery and corruption program for Macquarie’s principal investing business, which spans a wide range of industries including green energy, infrastructure, health care, and technology. Before joining Macquarie, he oversaw the compliance program for Goldman Sachs’ private equity fund-of-funds business. Prior to that, he practiced at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, where he represented multinational companies in cross-border financial crime investigations and advised on financial crime compliance issues.
Professor Stucko is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
